Service Charges and Payments
All fees, service charges and prices are subject to agreement between our customers and Entergraph Co., Ltd. For Hosting services, we provide all our customers with 14 days money back guaranty. THERE IS NO REFUND, PARTIAL OR TOTAL AFTER 14 DAYS OF ACTIVE HOSTING SERVICE. All deposits and downpayments for web design, development and SEO services are NON REFUNDABLE.

Hosting Service Policy
Hosting for all web sites could only be purchased on monthly basis, there is no weekly, daily rates. We offer discounted rates for annual service. If hosting account is overdue, we will automatically suspend services at the end of the business day, stipulated as a “due date” on our service invoice. We will not keep web site on our servers after the day, service was suspended. If customer request web site backup or renewal of hosting services after hosting was suspended, we reserve the right to charge administration fees and service charges, related to full or partial backup and restore for customer account.

Quotations
Entergraph Co., Ltd. forward quotations via e-mail and or fax or in any other form, verbally and/or electronically. By accepting quotations, customers agree to the terms of service and terms of payment. Should any additional work be required to obtain copy in this condition such work shall be carried out at the customer’s expense. The quotation shall be deemed to interpret the customer’s instructions written and verbal. Customer’s are accordingly advised to exercise due care and attention when checking quotations before any further work proceeds. The term quotation shall include estimates for the purpose of these conditions.

Quotation Acceptance
The quotation shall lapse unless accepted within 7 days from the day it is given.

Goods and Services Tax
The customer in Kingdom of Thailand shall pay Goods and Services Tax at the rate applying.

Licensed Material
We require all our customers to purchase all licenses for scripts, templates, photo and image materials used on their web sites. Entergraph Co., Ltd. will not buy, re-sell or be responsible for any third party licenses for any materials on our client’s web sites and servers. Entergraph Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any copyrights violations by our clients.

Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please refer to our DMCA compliance policy

Prohibited Uses
Clients and Users of our services may not:

Entergraph Co., Ltd. expressly disclaims any obligation to monitor its Customers and other Users with respect to violations of this Policy. Entergraph Co., Ltd. has no liability or responsibility for the actions of any of its Customers or other Users or any content any User may post on any Web site.

Penalties
If Entergraph Co., Ltd. learns of a violation of this Policy, Entergraph Co., Ltd. will respond to the applicable Customer and may, in Entergraph Co., Ltd.? sole discretion, take any of the following actions, in accordance with the severity and duration of the violation:

• Warning the Customer
• Suspending the offending Customer from the Services
• Terminating the offending Customer from the Services
• Imposing fees or charges on the offending Customer account in accordance with the applicable service contract
• Removing the offending content; and
• Taking other action in accordance with this Policy, the applicable service contract or applicable law.
